From station to station

The Metro Vancouver Transit Police Community Policing Centre is a place where the travelling public come together with businesses, partner community policing centres, and police who work together for a safer and better transit system. Our volunteers are transit users who care about the safety of the travelling public and the transit system that they use every day.

Volunteer Coordinator

Meet Mike Vuong, your Metro Vancouver Transit Police Community Policing Volunteer Coordinator!

Previously, in February 2022, Constable Miles Teitelbaum (NPO) took over supervision of the Metro Vancouver Transit Police Community Policing Centre, following Constable Julien Ponsioen's promotion to Special Events Planning Sergeant.

Ponsioen still works closely with the MVTP Community Policing program, partnering with local event organizers to provide a volunteer presence.
